About Rights Rituals Ruminations - Faces That Speak

Rights Rituals Ruminations - Faces That Speak Represents Stephen Verona’s life’s work as a photographer. According to Mitchell Fink of People Magazine, “Stephen Verona created the Music Video. He is responsible for discovering and giving Sylvester Stallone, Henry Winkler, Richard Gere, Armand Assante, Kyra Sedgwick and others their first acting roles. He was the legendary Lee Strasberg’s protégé at the Actor’s Studio, directing unit. His numerous awards are a tribute to his talents. His art hangs in the most prestigious private & public collections throughout the world. He is truly a modern day renaissance man.”

Verona is most famous for his film, The Lord’s of Flatbush.
Verona also created over 200 of what he called “Production Films”
before the term “Music Video” existed. He is responsible for
creating the first Music Videos for many acclaimed recording
artists including the Beatles, Johnny Cash, Beck, Chicago, Mick
Fleetwood and others. In addition to film, photography and
painting are Verona’s other two passions. This book represents
the first time that any press has published an artists’ book of
Verona’s photography.
